Axco supports the IICF leadership conference

21 December 2016

In today's global economy most businesses face an ever-increasing focus on effective talent management. Hiring the right candidate has never been more important as a company's ability to attract and retain a skilled workforce could ultimately determine how successful they are at meeting business growth objectives.

Axco is proud to be supporting "LEADING ACROSS GENERATIONS" organised by the UK division of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF).  Join us for a one day conference that will explore the issue of multigenerational talent and how companies can attract, retain and grow future talent.  The event combines presentations from a stellar line-up of industry and business speakers, panel discussions and audience participation to discover solution to:

  • Why does diversity of talent matter to business?
  • How can leaders adapt and excel in a more diverse workplace while helping others to grow?
  • How can companies unlock the talent of a multi-generational workforce to produce better results?

Leading across Generations takes place on Thursday 26th January at the Grange City Hotel, London EC3N 2BQ

Reduced rates are available for young professionals. Each delegate package includes full-day attendance, a light breakfast and lunch, and an invitation to the networking and grants reception. Register before December 15 for early bird prices.
